OVERVIEW
What is Donor Digital Engagement?
Donor Digital Engagement (DDE) is housed under the University of Michigan's Office of University Development. DDE wanted to better leverage the wealth of digital content already available across campus to strengthen alumni relationships and grow their donor pipeline. Through benchmarking peer institutions and auditing U-M's existing resources, I developed a comprehensive digital engagement plan outlining actionable strategies to help the team connect with alumni of all backgrounds and cultivate long-term donor relationships.
